Atm i don't use it. I have tried in the past (a few years ago) because im a terrible builder but i gave up. Rooms are too expensive.
The same happens (or happened years ago) in the gallery rooms. Amazing rooms that i wish i could use but just so expensive that my sims couldn't afford.
Now, after reading this thread i think ill take a look at those again :)
