Do you use the Club system?

I use clubs to keep my families in touch with each other, to keep vampire families corralled and to create friendships by making sims unable to leave the lot. Sometimes I use them just as a storytelling tool (for instance I have an evil vampire, so he heads up a club of evil vampires). I like the fact that you can select for traits or ages to add to the club and you can find members that your sim doesn't actually know yet. I have one kid's club that's passed down for three generations now.
