Do you want burglars back ?

The thunder and lightening is real enough for me. I already jump with the thunderstorms and I don't need any alarms going off in the middle of the night. I want to play the game. I don't want the game to play me. No more drama that makes me seek out a mod to make something annoying go away!

Yep, with a toggle. Could add it as an active career to go with the kleptomanic trait and criminal career

I don't think they will be fun in the sims4.

Haha, it still makes me laugh all these years later, it was back in the days of sims 2. My son was very indignant about it at the time ?

I would of been laughing if it was me ?, he would've had too buy his sim another bed lol , this needs too happen in the sims 4 hahaha @elanorbreton

Unless cars are added absolutely not I have desire to see more emersion breaking game play where cops poof to your yard and poof out instead of loading the burglar into the back of the squad car and driving off. The firefighters repairmen and everything else is bad enough can I at least get one feature done right.

No, not when we have kleptomaniac Sims and NAP all over the place. I got a notification that one of my sims had ‘successfully swiped’ an object from his own house ????

It gets rather annoying too especially in the builds I’ve downloaded and I’m not familiar with the commands used to get objects sitting in a certain position, so it’s impossible to replace!

Nothing annoyed me more than having my Sims be disturbed from their sleep in the middle of the night because the game decided to generate a burglar at such awkward times. It got to the point where I just started putting 'TestingCheatsEnabled true' on just so I can delete the burglar every time they appeared.

The same happened in Sims 3 whenever zombies would die outside my house... that would always be obnoxious because my Sims would literally just stop everything they're doing, run outside, and mourn the death of a completely random generated zombie they didn't even know.

Also, in regards to burglars, I found it ridiculous how the burglar doesn't always get taken to jail whenever the police come... sometimes the police loses them and you don't get rewarded or refunded the stuff you had stolen. I believe only in Sims 1 does the burglar get caught every single time (as long as the police arrive in time).

IF they do decide to bring back burglars, it should be 100% optional. We should be able to toggle them on/off.

I always liked when my Sims fought the burglars in Sims 3. Lol??
