Can't we just use the "Club Gatherings" to - maybe - create a religious culture?
Picture it - Sims, dressed in black hooded (Grim Reaper type) robes, gathering around a fire pit, at midnight! Worshipping the all mighty Watcher (or whatever your imagination has in store for them)!
