Do Your Sims Regularly Visit Other Worlds?

In most of my saves I consider the so-called worlds as neighborhoods, villages, or towns within districts, which are in turn within provinces (usually with two or more districts per province) inside a single nation. The only ones I currently consider far enough to need imaginary travel of any notice are Selvadorada, Sulani (both part of one province in most of my saves), Mt. Komorebi, and Batuu. And even then, with the exception of Batuu, the travel isn't greatly significant.
