Do Your Sims Regularly Visit Other Worlds?

Technically, yes, but I consider several worlds to be the same. For lack of urban space San Myshuno, Evergreen Harbour and Del Sol Valley simply have to be the same city, and most everything else serves as the suburbs/countryside.
Sulani and Selvadorada are a single nation of four islands, so a household that books a trip to one world can easily visit the other in the same summer. Senbamachi and Wakanaba are in Japan (but the permanent snow neighborhood is part of my city's countryside and can be freely visited in winter), Strangerville is in Nevada and Oasis Springs's location hasn't come up so far.
