Do Your Sims Regularly Visit Other Worlds?

Like VeeDub, I consider the worlds as neighborhoods with vacation spots and a giant space-themed amusement park (think West World). My sims go to every one of them. Since the mod I had that sims could use their supernatural abilities in Batuu has quit working, I haven't been to Batuu recently...bummer.
I can remember in Sims 3 the "neighborhoods" were different worlds where the sims were locked into that world. It is one of the reasons I love Sims 4 so much, you can travel without a problem from one to the next. :)
