Do Your Sims Regularly Visit Other Worlds?

My sims do travel to the other worlds but maybe not so regularly due to loading screens.
I hadn't thought of the other worlds as connected regional neighborhoods (I love that map) but it makes more sense as the travel time is so easy for most locations (except for the clunky to visit vacation worlds).
