Do your toddlers "make a mess" coooonstantly?!

I have an "angelic" toddler who literally nonstop makes a mess on the floor. Everytime she does it her parents discipline her. All of her skills over time have maxed out but nothing stops her. She ...

Some of it depends on their mood....if they are in a sad or angry mood, they will often make messes. Also, if their fun meter is down a little, they seem to get the most fun out of making messes so that is the go-to move.
