Do your toddlers "make a mess" coooonstantly?!

I have an "angelic" toddler who literally nonstop makes a mess on the floor. Everytime she does it her parents discipline her. All of her skills over time have maxed out but nothing stops her. She ...

My kids don't make messes often and I discipline them everytime they do it. The toddler did it the other day, cancelled going to be to go make a mess because her fun bar was low.
