I always have a problem when the Sim in my current household is at the hospital. He gets there and there will be at least 3 to 4 patients ready to be treated. 5 to 8 more patients will come and 3 to 5 will leave while the orderly and nurse, always singular NEVER plural, will chat up one of the patients while I try to cure the other patients which I can do since I set my Sim to be a General Practitioner. I thought if maybe there were a few more Sims in the doctor career some more would show up to work so I made a family with 4 doctors all at various positions but not a SINGLE one showed up to the hospital, in fact the two nurses from a different earlier household that were there last time weren't there this time! It's honestly really frustrating and feels like fake difficulty rather then the "real" difficulty they say they were going for. I was planning on renovating and expanding the hospital since I put quite a few more Sims in the doctor career but now I don't think I'll be doing that or even going with my Sim to the hospital anymore due to how terribly broken this career is. Hopefully they fix this and make the doctors not be lazy bums.
