It gets worse as the months and new patches are added. You may have to skip going with your doctor and hopefully the Sim needed to fulfill a particular chore will show up if you stop going with the Sim sometimes. That has been how I get this game to jar itself into 'right' in the past. But this last patch has just ruined the hospital experience again in my game. My game is making Sims get out of bed to receive their shots and going to whatever bed my Sim is standing at when I click this command instead of her walking to their bed. :s
