I played this career once and never touched it again. Aside from silly tasks like "buy a snack" I couldn't get anything done because of the coworkers. Two people being treated, yet people kept flooding in, with 9 in the waiting room and the receptionist doing nothing. I transfer papers and nothing happens, etc. At least in the other two careers you can see them interacting with stuff.
I have this issue as well. It seems to be near impossible to get anywhere in the active careers unless you go yourself.
