Does anybody else sometimes change the names of premades

I recently started a save where I split all premade households made, changed all relationships to single, made everyone YA and turned MCCC loose on the town, just to see who it would pair with whom, with very interesting results :D . For that, I changed the last names of the previously married female premades, but that's the only time I ever felt the need to do that, otherwise they stay pretty much the same.
