I've had some luck in this game having a sim frequent only one community lot(Park, bar, hangout). After 2-3 visits, the target sim has shown up. Visiting the home hasn't always worked for me. The particular sim just wasn't at home or left before introduction.
Yeah, before I had to roll back, he met her at Orchid A-Go-Go. It was love at first sight! Now, she seems to be nowhere. Maybe her father who is a Captain in the military is worried. She is a beauty, after all. So, maybe he has her locked in her room? Safe from all those Teen boys … since he knows only too well what Teen boys are like?
