Does anyone have an Updated List of NPC jobs?

Does anyone know where I can get an updated list of all the NPC job codes for programming my own sims? 
Example:
careers.add_career Adult_NPC_Maid
traits.equip_trait isMaid

I would like to program my own buglarer and also solicitor for Life and Death etc. There is this amazing tumblr post by Beth Sims but its outdated as there have been several expansion packs released, and base game updates since then.

    It should be mentioned that the guide was created with threaded view in mind (you can change to it in My Settings/Preferences/Replies and Comments/Display Format), so the best way to navigate is using links.

    Yeah, the main goal was to give more details as I followed the same guide and made mistakes: Tragic Clowns cannot be young adults and the sims-in-black in StrangerVille cannot be an alien. While the game won't stop you, they won't appear in the intended role.

    Oh, one thing should be mentioned. Some worlds prefer to use sims that live or are evicted from there, like Sulani or Mt. Komorebi. If none are found, the usual sims are used. However, Tomarang from For Rent will not allow it, so if there are no Tomarang-made NPC sims, the game will generate a new one, whether you have that type of NPC sim already or not.
