does anyone recognize this jacket? Problem solved

I hope someone can tell me where this jacket came from it keeps randomly showing up on my male sims but I can't find it in cas. I can only remove it with mc command center.. but would like to know how...

I do have get together but wouldn't the jacket show up in cas ? I have no idea where it came from and I don't download sims.
