Does anyone refurbish Maxis Made Builds and upload to the Gallery?

I'm looking for something specific but maybe others would like to know also for how they play so I'm going to leave it open. I like keeping Maxis builds in my game. I'm hoping to find someone that goe...

I remodeled Ragdoll Refurb in Brindleton Bay into a gym that's available in my gallery (there's a link in my signature). I also turned Catarina Lynx's house into a restaurant that I still have to finish decorating before I upload, but it should be up soon. I plan on revamping even more lots in the future.

edit; There's also an apartment remodel in my gallery if you're looking for any of those and I have a few more I can upload later.
