Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I have a vanilla save for patches and new expansions.
Currently I am enjoying this save, as I don't have time to update and will wait until all the mod updates are done for the stuff pack.
It does change how I play.
I do have a few different saves with different mods installed.
