Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I could never. Mods improve the game so much for me and I'm fussy about the way things work in game. I prefer it a little more realistic.

I don't like silly dressed random townies so I use NPC Control to stop them spawning in my game.

I find the autonomy to be quite bad at times so I use mods to tweak things to be less annoying like the sims obsession with dancing.

I don't like how the emotion system works, it's not normal to switch from one mood to another so sporadically all the time. I use Meaningful Stories to make them more realistic.

I have Wonderful Whims so the game lets me know who my sims are attracted to.

And then there are all the mods that fix things that EA either take forever to fix or just don't bother fixing at all.

I have much respect for those of you that can enjoy the game without mods but it's just not for me.
