Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I play a pretty heavily modded game most of the time because I've always been a person that has to personalize everything, but I keep a vanilla save for those times when a patch has rolled out. ;)
