Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

always vanilla - the only bugs ive had is the sims washing up in the bathroom sink and the baby one thats just come up. Its not game breaking to have a dark skinned baby in the photo when the baby is not dark skinned so its not an issue. I never had sims drinking endless water or cooking lots and not eating leftovers (touch wood!) but I do keep autonomy off at all times.
