Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

Vanilla almost always here. I do try a mod from time to time but keep my vanilla saves separate. I find I enjoy the game more for what it is when I play it vanilla.. I do more of the things that there are to do in the different packs. When I play with a mod my gameplay almost always revolves around that mod and it gets stale pretty quick. I do get tempted but I can wait for the gameplay tweaks I might like until the game is completed. I really don't want to be chasing updates or be worried about mod conflicts.
