Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

Sims 4 Vanilla for sure. Did try MCC but found I hardly used so went back to no mods.
I played all vanilla until they were done then definitely modded 3 (Nrass)
I did play 2 for awhile and modded when no more eps but had to uninstall it. I may be retired but
geez I seriously had to walk away from the computer. LOL
