You say they rarely go for the cake. Are you sure it happens at all? I remember hearing that the code blocks sims from taking the cake autonomously if they have the moodlet.
Yes, I typed 'rarely'. Yes, I have seen it happen. Yes, it is exceedingly rare. Rare, as in I have seen it exactly twice in the 4500 hours spent in-game. Let me know if you have any other concerns.
