Does home lot price counts for Fabulous Wealthy?

When I've done Fabulously Wealthy, things sold through my sim's personal inventory would count towards the aspiration total. But things sold from the household inventory in build mode did not.


For example, selling bathtubs crafted on the woodworking table did not get counted, but selling a collectible or painting from the sim's personal inventory did.
