Does Jungle Adventure allow you to excavate outside Selvadorada?

No and no. But you can use the archeology table to study crystals and such that you do gather in other worlds.

There are dig spots in buydebug mode. I've placed them on my lots, and they are good for a few digs. I've done this when I wanted to give my sim a back story of finding a spot, digging up the treasure, and then deciding they want more, and head off to the jungle. Plus it gives them a little boost in their archaeology skill.

Children can dig up stuff in the dig sites (I know, I had one do it) but they can't analyze them or develop the archeology skill until they are teenagers.

But there are no dig sites outside of Sevadorada without using the debug cheat.
