Does Move Objects related lots list as Custom Content??

Ive never downloaded any custom content that I was aware of as I have that search box off when looking for Sims or lots. But Ive been trying to save this one lot of mine and it wasnt showing up in my ...

@EverclearBoy Wow! Interesting. It does load as 'flagged' as CC for me. If I try to upload to the Gallery.
