Does playing online on the video console build friendship?
If I played with Hugo Villareal, for example, online (not multiplayer) would our relationship have increased after?

If it does, it's not by much. I've been doing that lately for my university sim to try and make friends in between crazy class schedule when her fun need is low.... but I can't see a difference in relationship. It does benefit your sim's social need though.
