Does the butler actually clean anything that needs to be cleaned?

What types of responsibilities do you have your butler set to attend to? I change the responsibilities according to what needs done and let them go.
If dishes need cleaned, stop all other responsibilities. Get him/her on a good sleep schedule by telling him/her to sleep at night. And check the personality to make sure he/she is suited.
