The reason I'm asking is because it is raining in Willow Creek, and so far my sim has been at three different community lots, and a lot of sims are angry. They are cussing, and trying to clam themsel...

My kid Sim expressed a hatred for wind while discussing weather preferences, and now gets angry every time it's windy, even if she's indoors. Its not an overpowering moodlet, however - other things like a well-decorated environment and fresh veggies will outweigh it.
