Does the sims 4 need 328 gb to run all the packs?

As in does it need all the required space for each and every pack plus 1gb for saves and CC? Because my game isn't starting it has the space but won't work and I'm wondering if it needs More space. Or...

If your game isn't starting some necessary files might have been missing or corrupted, repair your game.

And no it doesnt need 328gb.
