Does the Sims team understand how dog walking works?

I believe the lenght varies depending on where you live, Windenburg with its huge neighbourhoods being the worst. My dog looked like dying after a short walk there. I agree the dog walks should be fixed. Owning a dog is no fun because of the constant whining to get on walks and walks being near impossible to complete.
