I have not have any emotional deaths since two years back. I actually find them hard to get less I make it happen. Usually never gets higher than the middle like 'very' embarrassed, playful, angry.
My geek sim I noticed will get very playful using the new drone. And I tend to not have them around a lot of tech. Combo'ed with that plus listening to a funny joke to winning a video game. Just need to pay attention to what stacks.
Other than just that I've only had one emotional death and another caused by my sim making another constantly angry but that took a good bit of insulting to finding their spouse cheating on them. :#
On another note when I used MCC and got my vampire mad to do a rant BUT it only goes straight to enrage. So was hoping I could get it comets but weird thing instead of dying my vampire aim turned into their dark form and drank uncontrollably from my Sims roommate. :|
