Does your vampire worry about others witnessing them feeding?

Being seen while you're feeding is a very serious masquerade violation. It's an expensive one too, as law enforcement and local government officials will need to be bribed to "forget" about the situation, and witnesses will either need to be convinced to remain silent or silenced permanently. It's the sort of thing that gets a kindred's hunting privileges revoked, and repeat offenders will find themselves to be the ones that are hunted.
