Honestly, it really depends. But more often than not, I don't really care since there are so few repercussions outside of getting a negative rep and maybe a phone call/message from Caleb or Lilith saying it's bad to drink plasma without permission. It's certainly now Vampire the Masquerade levels of consequences for feeding in the open, especially since vampires (heck even most occults) are open secrets in the sims.
Maybe if the gameplay was more in-depth around the vampire/occult gameplay it'd make more sense for the sim/player to be careful if non-occult sims see the vampire in question feeding.
