Dog walking?

Hello, all! I've been having an issue lately where when I try to take the dog for a walk or a jog, my Sim will leash him up...and then just stand there. Her icon shows as if she's away from home (giving me the option to 'go home'), but she doesn't move. I've even tried taking her outside and same result. I've tried using different Sims with no luck.

It worked fine recently, but I've noticed that in the past couple of days it's become an issue...

Anyone else having this problem?
