i've played several other sims who frequent Waterside Warble and it has never happened before.
it's the first time one of my sims live in the pets town. so i thought maybe that's the reason.
two dogs came in. one of them laid on a couch and took a nap. they both eventually left. no big deal, but i was surprised when they came into the bar.
