Dogs in the karioke bar

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced dogs coming inside the karioke bar. forget name of bar, but it's the one where the spice festival is held.

I've had the pets pack for awhile and my sims usually go to karioke night on tuesday and thursday. i've seen animals wandering around out in the street, but they have never come inside the bar before.

i'm currently playing a fairly new sim who, for the first time, lives in the town that came with the pets pack. i'm wondering if this is why the two dogs came into the karioke bar.
