I have a fixer-upper farmhouse on the gallery I built for the 64x64 lot in HoB. I used it as a second step in a Rags to Ranches/Riches save. Maybe it would be a fun starting point for some of you doing this scenario. I probably won’t shoot for a million myself, since there is not enough to spend it on. But I’ve fixed it up quite a bit and had fun doing so.
