I completed it a second time, in 35 sim days. This time my plans was to go all black widow but I got frustrated and ended up having my character murdering a lot of roommates as well as spouses. A couple of her spouses were wealthy and then I got Straud to move in and that was the clincher. I definitely don't fancy trying to rush to a million again.
