In my game, Don had a daughter with Nina, called Jo-Nina Caliente. Jo-Nina has a wife and two twin daughters who are now young adults, Lina and Nina Caliente. He then got married to a generated sim called Theresa Albert, they had one daughter, Alberta Lothario who takes after her father's looks. Alberta has a son, Don Lothario who looks almost excactly like his grandfather and will live up to his name and do all the things his grandpa didn't manage to do.
Ol' Don died of old age after an incredible career as an All-Star, his daughters are now both elders (Jo-Nina's age bar is actually full when this is written). His daughters both live with their families in the Caliente house at Sultry Springside.
