I would love that too, not so much for occults in my case but for other NPC settings, more control over NPCs spawning (and their clothing) would generally be a good idea I think, for both realistic and occult players.
Oh it definitely should also be used for celebrities and stray pets. I know many people would also want one for housed sims from other worlds.
