You mean the toggle that turns off ALL weather..? Just saying... Anyway, as a Stuff Pack, I think it's perfectly rational to want to get this pack for the Stuff.
The sad thing I think, is that you can get the Medium Skill, AND the new job, ALL without having any haunted house at all. You can even get the new spooky collection without living in a Haunted House. Yet people want the feature the pack is named for nerfed. It's not even that spooky, except if you deliberately let it get really bad.
