The sims 3 and sims 2 handled it way different with dormmates flirting with other sims while they have been flirting with them in the dorm, I've watched a few fights in the sims 3 and the sims 2 and a few of my sims got into a fight over that. But these sims in the sims 4 look like dummies who don't care if the other sims are kissing on another in front of them, the dude is not even good looking.
the wild parties, dishes and leaving notes is not an issue I mostly lock the sims I don't like who leave notes out of my sim's dorm room in the sims 4
