Double Beds with one side against the wall

I thought that if you had a double bed with one side against the wall you could now sleep two sims by asking or having one sime slide over to the side against the wall. Is that right? And if so how do you do it? I tried it and it only sleeps one on the free side.

  • hmm. i had wondered if there was something like this in the game. all the same i don't do it for double beds though, i always leave 1x1 square on both sides as i'm skeptical if there is that it wouldn't work as intended.

That doubt surfaced days after i started playing TS4 for the first time, just after finishing my first lot house. there is a strange bug in the game orders for sims that produces an order to do something, then the game ends the order but doesn't get rid of it from the queue, is it makes autonomy less effective until the game is saved and the save is reloaded. it usually happens with single beds put up against a wall with only one side to interact with.

in fact that bug is still in the game half a year later as i encounter it on occasion.
