Downloaded a pregnant sim from the Gallery and she's not giving birth?

Alright so I downloaded a pregnant sim from the gallery thinking it'd be cool to just start a family with her and a couple friends. But she's not giving birthh and the "Give birth in.." is just quest...

When the 3rd trimester ends, labor can start at any time. Once labor starts, you can wait it out, send them to the hospital, or click on a bassinet to have your sim have the baby. It can take a couple sim days when the "???" shows up. Should just be a matter of time now.
