Downloaded a pregnant sim from the Gallery and she's not giving birth?

Alright so I downloaded a pregnant sim from the gallery thinking it'd be cool to just start a family with her and a couple friends.
But she's not giving birthh and the "Give birth in.." is just question marks..So is it bugged to download pregnant sims or what?
