Do i have to cheat to turn a downloaded sim into a mermaid in cas?

- From my understanding, no you do not. You can eat mermadic kelp and then go into the ocean after getting the call of the ocean buff. This is according to the Sim guru stream today. They said you could find the kelp by exploring the cave on Mua Pel'am, beach combing or beach cleaning.
