I also don't care for stuff packs, but since they have started adding some extras to them, I like them better.
EP-. Farming focusing on equipment, actual farm animals that you can get products from to sell, crops, fences (electric, barbwire, wood, rickety), and a farmer's market. Large farm lots
Afterlife with a bad place for bad Sims where nothing goes right and a place Sims become angels in cloud houses if they are released from ghosts the sim world. Sort of our Sims can visit, but they can't leave. Grim, more grim interactions, and his house. Wills, funerals as an event, grave yards, happy haunts.
Gp-. House builder, home interior designer, babysitter, nanny, factory worker, grocery worker,
Fun & fitness-(with none of the exercise equipment we already have). Mini trampoline, mountain climbers, stepper, large round ball, fitness flyer, scissors machine, chin up bar, stationary bike, rope pullies for door. Various stand up arcade games, riders for toddlers, bikes for kids, playground equipment
Wedding GP-. Wedding planner job, large variety cakes, own cake shop to place, large amount of dresses, veils, & garters, honeymoons, ring shop to place with an assortment of rings and jewelry. Fiancee and step relationships in titles in CAS relationships, weddings as a party

Baby doll for toddlers and girls, playground equipment, riders, step relationships added, canes for elders, wills and funerals if not added elsewhere, preteens, adoption place where Sims can go see kids and adopt
Camping GP-. Pop up camper, slide out camper, camper, drive able camper-. 2 eye warmer, bunk beds, oven built into wall, camper lot to work at, to buy, or sell campers. Sleeping bags.
